RBN LLC is a woman owned business, registered with SAM, founded by Afsheen Mufti, who has extensive knowledge in business development and staffing, which makes RBN unique in its approach towards business.

Afsheen Mufti has been in business development field for fifteen years now, spent 13 years as an IT recruiter and understands recruiting life cycle. After finishing her Masters degree in Communication Sciences, Afsheen Mufti was introduced to the importance of creating sustainable business connections and after obtaining her second Masters degree in Project Management, she pursued her passion for building relationships in the staffing industry. She worked with great success to develop the branches of larger staffing firms as well as guiding the growth of smaller start-up firms which specialized in recruitment for information technology, both in federal and commercial space. Afsheen used her diversity of experience and skills for creating opportunities to form RBN with a goal of becoming an asset and a source for it's partners by working as an extension to it's client's recruiting efforts.


Afsheen Mufti has developed professional relationships in the Staff augmentation business in DC Metro.She has worked with large multi-Billion dollar global organizations to smaller, regional multi-million dollar businesses and developed start-ups as well as established businesses into successful staff augmentation companies. Afsheen Mufti, the founder of RBN LLC is uniquely qualified to start-up a multi-divisional staff augmentation business of her own.
