​The Perfect Fit Program includes five phases, which are customized to most effectively service your account. Customer Requirements - We profile your company to understand your business needs and determine the requirements. We outline the needs, and go to work. 
​Sourcing - RBN executive team are match makers, so they go above and beyond to source the recruiters, consultants, and/or administrative staff that matches the customer requirements. 
Screening - At RBN, Afsheen and her executive team interviews and down-selects the candidate, and promotes the candidate to the client. The distinction that we draw at RBN is that we get to know each candidate beyond just his or her resume. We meet all candidates in person, and assess them beyond a questionnaire before sending them to the client.

Selection - To complete the hiring process, we ensure all forms, screening and certifications are verified before the proposed candidate starts. 
Performance Monitoring - We continually monitor our performance and the performance of our proposed staff to make sure our client is satisfied with our service.
